When I was creating Miro, I always thought of the sea. Its blueness, the sound of the water, that infinite calm that soothes the soul... Whatever you feel when you look up at the sky, you feel the same when you look at the sea: stillness, joy, and an endlessness that never fades. This quiet series tells exactly that story of blue.
The red balloon in Miro's hand is, to me, a love extended, a hope offered. Against the vastness of blue, that small touch of red carries a childlike lightness and a sincere warmth. Through the soothing tones of blue and turquoise, I wanted to show how silence can be so full of things to say.
At 60 x 32 x 22 cm, Miro is a composite sculpture shaped entirely by hand and belongs to a limited series as a rare piece. It warms any space it inhabits, draws the eye with its graceful presence, and carries the same sense of calm whether in a living room, an office, or the quiet of a clinic.
