§ 1 General

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

§ 2 Contact

Personal data you provide via email or partnership form (company, contact, email, phone, country, interest, message) is processed to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR. Retention: until your inquiry is resolved; tax/commercial retention may extend up to 10 years.

§ 3 Confirmation Email

You automatically receive a confirmation email with a copy of your inquiry. No tracking pixels.

§ 4 Web Analytics

To improve this website we record: time, page visited, referring website (domain only), browser, device type, language and approximate location (country, region, city). We also evaluate anonymously how long a page is actively viewed, how far visitors scroll and where they click (click positions for heatmaps).

Your IP address is not stored. It is immediately converted into a non-reversible code using a secret key that changes daily (HMAC-SHA-256). Location is determined with a local database. No cookies are set for analytics and no information is stored on your device. No third-party transmission.

Retention: raw data is deleted automatically after 14 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website).
